I'm not behind

Well not in real life , but I am with posting my weekly layout and card on here. So here you are the second week in January's creations.

More than just one card made 23 and another 25 to go at least , Wonder what they are for ???

 

New Year Resolutions

I forgot to tell you all what the new years resolution was that I broke. Well I decided I would take up the challenge of walking 1000 miles this year and after a a good start on the 2nd January of 5 miles things went wrong. I really have not got the time to fit this in and lets face it the weather isn't a help.
Those who know me know how busy I am day to day and that I do cram lots in but this is not one of those things.
I am going to try and walk more instead of using the car , that's got to help , hasn't it ???    

Friday 13th !!!

Unlucky for some , Lucky for others

 As promised , here is the first layout of 2017. I love these two pictures , there of Olivia and Hannah her exchange student friend. We went to France on holiday last year and during the 2 weeks there popped over to Oberhausen to surprise Hannah and stop a couple of days, Hannah had no idea we were coming and these are the photos I took of them both as she opened the door to Olivia  

One of my favorite sets of stamps and dies from My Favorite Things has got to be the Fall Florals and this card is my latest creation with them. Ive made it with the main colour being purple and intend to make a couple more with different colours.

New Year

A Happy New Year to all those who are still with me. As promised last year I am going to start blogging more.
I've started the new year with resolutions which i have already on teh 11th January decided to give up !!!! Not a good start but at least i'm been realistic about what i can achieve.
One of the challengers I set myself was to make a layout and a card every week. So far i have been able to manage this. And the results of my 1st week will appear on here this week.        

Very Scarlet Red

My lovely scarlet red amaryllis , double headed so extra scarlet. It's neatly finished but I've looked after it so well , I'm not good with house plants. dad even bought me a cactus once and said I would have trouble killing it. Sadly I didn't !!!!

He got me this for Christmas so I'm doing well. You will be seeing this lovely plant again as it's just started sprouting another flower.

WOW How Long

Yes I'm back , thought I might start using my blog again. I'm busy doing lots so I am just going to use it like a journal/online diary

A Lawn Fawn Christmas

I bought some lovely matching stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn , so along with some frames from Elles Studio with matching papers I made a few of theses in different colours. Think I need to by more Lawn Fawn to make some similar but birthday themed.
