Anyone got a piece of paper?

How many times do you hear this at a crop or workshop? You would think us crafters would always be armed with paper, yes we are but not always the sort we need to take a note. So how about getting yourself prepared. I've used some really cheap notebooks from the pound shop yes they cost a pound for 10(amazing) My sister calls these pound shops ten pound shops because you never just spend a pound lol. Anyway I digress, I've then used my favourite Websters pages to turn them into a worthy notebook that any self respected crafter would be proud to pull out of her bag  when asked that question, has anyone got?........

Cover the fronts, tie a bit of ribbon round the spiral and there you are. Easy really, hardest part getting hold of those delightful papers from the shop keep checking as they are worth waiting for but if you can't wait why not use Cosmo Cricket or Echo Park.

Jan; Say Cheese

I think I've said this before but I love those Webste'rs pages. This one is from Hollywood Vogue and WonderFall collection combo pack. I'd like to know who thinks of the names for these collections they're great.

These papers are a godsend when you need a quick card as the background is done for you. Even better when you need a card for that trickiest of themes .....Men! All I've done is stamped the cameraman image and it was ready.

So if you need a quick fix pop over to the shop and check out these papers they won't be there long

Jan:True Romance

When I spotted this paper in my Webster's pages pad I knew I had the perfect images to fit those tiny frames. I've used a sheet of romantic images from Artchix to create a feeling of old fashioned love.

There's lots of different images for you to choose from in the shop so that you too can get "lurved up"

Pretty as A Picture!

Need something quick to make for the man in your life?.. this could just be the thing!
A racy little photo frame.........
It's made from two chipboard frames, these were cut with a Sizzix die but if you don't have a cutting machine then just cut 2 plain rectangles from chipboard, cut an aperture in one of them.Cover one side of one frame (front)with patterned paper. Cover the other frame, front and back with black card. Stick the two frames together with double sided foam as in the picture. To decorate .....glue tissue pin up onto card, cut out and glue to the front of the frame. Add clear Dew Drops around the edge! To make the frame stand cut a strip of card and glue to the back to form a hinge. The sentiment is by Catslife Press. If you would like to have a chance to have this winging it's way to you then just leave a comment! Hope you like it!

I'm in love, I'm in love, I'm in love

With these gorgeous Webster's Pages petite papers. I want to stroke them ,they are just so yummy and they're double sided. I'm so glad 3DJean has decided to stock these . You can buy yours here but you had better be quick I don't think they'll be on the shelf long.
Easel cards are so easy to make. I think that these papers don't need alot to embellish then but I couldn't resist going down the vintage route with paper dollies and the fab prima flowers.

I've chalked the Mother Goose nursery stamp to add suble colour.

The flowers have been painted with Shimmerz pearlz and caramel to give them a bit of bling.
The centres are Robin's nest Dew Drops.
