Shrine On!

....A crown and wings... what more could you want. You can find these little shrines here. I've used gilding flakes  for the crown and wings and an image from the Artchix faux stamp sheets... it's out of stock at the moment but you could make a Christmas shrine and use these

If you like her wooden ruler necklace then you can get that here.

A Little Bit Of..

Texture goes a long way...This stuff is great, no more adding colour to gesso or white texture gel, it does what it says on the tin! On this tag I used the Gummy Berry Bear mixed with Tidy Widy.... only because I didn't clean the stencil between colours... how lazy is that but I love the colour.

The images are from Artchix.. you can find them here..

I used a chevron stencil on this tag with the Jelly Bean Green and the Artchix house image sheet

Houses again with Gummy Berry Bear. through a dotty stencil.

Boo!

I love things in boxes and I love shrines..... these little shrines are fab. I inked and added some Disress Embossing powder and now it looks like rusted metal.
I punched small holes in the edge and glued some fab German scrap around the top.
More German scrap along the bottom. The tiny letters and patterned paper are from
Collection Elements.

Jan:True Romance

When I spotted this paper in my Webster's pages pad I knew I had the perfect images to fit those tiny frames. I've used a sheet of romantic images from Artchix to create a feeling of old fashioned love.

There's lots of different images for you to choose from in the shop so that you too can get "lurved up"

Don't You Just Love Variety?

I like nothing better than making something from a random selection of 'stuff'.....so Jean came up with a goodie box.........so with a sheet of Victorian scraps, an Art Chix collage sheet,
black shrink plastic ,a bottle of Dew Drops And a few extras from the 'store cupboard' I made this!....................
The cross is cut with a Sizzix die from shrink plastic and the shrine itself is made from scraps of chipboard. The scraps edging makes a fab border around the shrine and the Artchix crow fitted perfectly.

but one of the best bits for me is the Dew Drops edging.... this is something I'll definately use again!
Hope you like it!
